IMG_1001 copy Last week my pants lost a button on the same day that a cashier at Wal-Mart told me that the snack I was buying was pretty unhealthy. A cashier at Wal-Mart, really? My diet had hit a new low.

On Facebook I frequently post things that I don’t want to buy or eat that I call “photograph it, don’t buy it” or “photograph it, don’t eat it.” Now I’m going to try to apply it to a plan to lose weight.

The idea is to enjoy photographing the things that I want to eat, instead of actually eating them. I won’t bore you with a lot of food photos but I will keep you posted as I go.

Today’s post features a couple of examples of “photograph it, don’t buy it” and “photograph it, don’t eat it”.
