Using LED as an Accent Light

I love it when somebody introduces me to something so simple that I feel I should have known about it all my life. Last week while photographing a Rat Rod my friend Art Larsen showed up with an inexpensive LED light with a yellow filter on the front for us to use as an accent light.

I put the light on the floor of the car to add a little color to the steering wheel column then we pointed it directly at some car parts on the workbench. You can also use a flashlight with a colored filter on the front.
