Today’s Post by Mark Toal
Last week I wrote a blog post about my plan to take the small Panasonic Lumix GM5 with the 12-32mm and 35-100mm lenses with me on my work trip to the CES show in Las Vegas. At a show like the Consumer Electronics Show I don’t get much time to take personal photos so I wanted a camera I could easily carry everywhere that I went.
The main time when I like to take photos in Las Vegas is early in the morning. The desert light is beautiful just after sunrise, plus there are less people on the streets. I ended up only using the Lumix 12-32mm lens since Las Vegas has so many great buildings that are best shot in wide angle.
Now that I know what camera to take to Las Vegas next time I can concentrate on finding a good cup of coffee in the morning.
