How I Made “Pink Adobe”

I call the above photo “Pink Adobe.” It was made when I was driving back through my neighborhood on a recent late morning, as the temperature inversion fog was lifting and the hoarfrost was still on the bushes and trees. The pink color just seemed to pop given the surrounding landscape. The photo was taken handheld with my Fuji X100S along with a circular polarizing filter with warming. Sometimes I wonder if anyone actually lives in this home but it so reminds me of Sante Fe.—Jamie Zartman
